The CM3.5 controller enables users to monitor and adjust the Frymaster FPRE417 electric fryer’s oil temperature and cooking times. A thermostat mount on the self-standing, swing-up elements provides an accurate temperature reading to prevent overheating, which could damage oil quality. To ensure oil is filtered consistently for a better taste over time, a filtration system is built into the cabinet housing and can filter a frypota€™s vat of oil within 5 minutes while other frypots are in use. To streamline cleaning tasks, the filtera€™s pan can be removed quickly, and its sloped design wona€™t leave residue behind.

This Frymaster FPRE417 electric fryer measures 62 5/8 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 45 3/8 inches high and is mounted on casters that facilitate maneuvering for cleaning and maintenance. Its four frypots have a 50-pound oil capacity each, and they’re equipped with a forward-sloping cold zone that collects sediment and removes it via the front drain valve to prevent buildup. To streamline the frying process, fry baskets, rack-type basket supports, and basket hangers are included with this unit.
