Its cook buttons can be programmed using SMART4U® controls, so it’s simple to repeat frequently ordered dishes. The two 30-pound frypots include twin baskets that are useful for cooking chicken, onion rings, and french fries; its rack-type support and basket hanger ensure the baskets don’t slip into hot oil. It’s fitted with casters for mobility and comes with an anchor strap and chain restraint kit to secure it in place.

The Frymaster 2FQE30U deep fryer cart uses an automatic filtration system to rid oil of sediment, and a drain is built into the frypot to streamline oil removal. To reduce burns and undercooking risks, a 1-degree probe reads an accurate temperature so food can be monitored. After hours, covers can be placed on the frypots to prevent contamination.
