The 16-gauge stainless steel worktop provides extra food prep space in your kitchen, while the multi-function digital temperature controller with LED display makes this unit easier to operate. Because the ETBR1-D2 is a compact model with 7.5 cubic feet of space, it is ideal for low volume foodservice establishments. This commercial undercounter refrigerator runs on eco-friendly hydrocarbon R290 refrigerant. The rear mounted Blizzard R290 condensing unit is self contained and fully detachable for easier maintainability. Front air breathing offers flexibility in installation, while a forced air cooling with ECM fans ensures optimal airflow for faster temperature drops.
