The Everest EPBSR2 is a 35 5/8” commercial sandwich prep table that is equipped with 2 adjustable self-closing doors, a detachable 9 1/8” cutting board, a 1/2” thick insulated top lid, and a multi-function digital controller. This refrigerated salad prep station is designed to suit the needs of low volume sandwich shops and other foodservice establishments. Because it has a larger food pan holding area, the EPBSR2 allows your cooks to easily access more toppings.
This 36 inch sandwich table uses environmentally friendly hydrocarbon R290 refrigerant, making it a great choice for businesses that care about the environment. The cabinet has a 2.5” foamed in place foamed-in-place polyurethane for smoother insultation, a forced air-cooling system, and ECM fans to ensure a balanced airflow throughout the cabinet. You get 10 cubic feet of space to accommodate all your sandwich ingredients, along with twelve (12) 1/6 size top pans.
