Set by operators on the electronic thermostat, the unit can hold product between 68 and 194 degrees Fahrenheit. The humidity can also be controlled to suit different items.

Every side of the unit has glass panels for product visibility, with fixed panels on the front and sides and doors on the back. Opening to a 180-degree angle, the doors are hinged.
