The Equipex RBE-8 rotisserie has two spits that accommodate six to eight birds. On the warming rack, it can hold two additional birds, increasing the display capacity. Interior lights shine on the product, so customers can clearly see the birds through the tinted safety glass. Heat is provided by infrared quartz elements, keeping food crispy and juicy. During operation, the unit will not smoke since it has a water bath and drip pan. The Equipex RBE-8 rotisserie has a stainless steel finish that provides strength and corrosion resistance.
