The Equipex FC-33/1 Tempest Countertop Convection Oven / Broiler is convenient for applications calling for finishing and baking, thus providing two capabilities in one unit. This is useful when counter space is limited. It is easy to operate in separate convection and broiling modes, where the change of mode is achieved with a simple switch. The rear mounted fan and heater assembly creates true convection cooking. Its unique air flow design ensures quick and uniform baking. Convection oven is thermostatically controlled up to 480°F and features 2 quartz heating elements overhead for melting and browning.
