The Dynamic MX043.1ES hand immersion blender is engineered to emulsify, puree, blend, and mix product in the same vessel it will be cooked, which reduces the number of dishes that’ll need to be washed. It has a 16-inch-long shaft that reaches into deep pots to prepare as much as 30 gallons of product at a time. This shaft is made of durable stainless steel, while the cutter blade is plated in corrosion-resistant titanium.
