Ideal for mixing, blending, pureeing, and emulsifying, the Dynamic MX042.1ES immersion blender lets cooks prep ingredients in the same pot they’ll be prepared, reducing dirty dishes. It has a 20-gallon capacity and a long, 14-inch stainless steel shaft. At the end of the shaft, the 41/2-inch-diameter bell can be removed and cleaned, while its cutter blade is plated in corrosion-resistant titanium to increase durability. The unit operates at a single speed of 11,000 RPM.
