Providing separate top and bottom heat controls for uniform toasting, fast, efficient quartz-infrared heaters warm the toaster. Once cooked, toast is stored in a heated holding area to keep food warm before serving. During idle times, operators can push the power saver switch to reduce electricity consumption by 75 percent, and its quartz heaters recover heat quickly for sporadic use. The toaster has a 1.5-inch clearance, so it can fit a variety of breads, sandwiches, and bagels.

The DoughXpress DXP-CT150countertop conveyor toaster includes safety and maintenance features for long-term use. The load-up area has a full-width front burner guard that is cool to the touch for safe loading. If the toaster gets too hot, a hi-limit switch will turn on to combat overheating. The stainless steel conveyor belt has a flat surface for easy loading, and when it’s time for cleanup, users can remove the crumb tray, which collects breadcrumbs that would otherwise fall underneath the toaster. Great of front-of-house operation, the toaster’s attractive stainless steel construction is durable and hides scratches and scuffs with its silver exterior.
