By dividing and rounding dough with the DoughXpress DX-JN (70928) semi-automatic combo divider and rounder, operators can save time and space in high-volume kitchens. This system includes a 36-part head assembly that divides dough into pieces between 1 and 2³/₄ ounces for consistent results before its rounding system shapes them into round balls. To accommodate diverse menus, this unit is compatible with bread, bun, tortilla, and pizza dough.

To fit tables and benches, the DoughXpress DX-JN (70928) divider and rounder measures 27 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 81 inches high. Operators can remove the dividing/rounding head without tools and replace it with other DoughXpress divider head assemblies when desired. After use, the entire head assembly is dishmachine safe.
