It features three doors, three 1/1 GN shelves, and a stainless steel top with a polyethylene cutting board, along with thirty 1/6 size plastic pans. The interior is designed with durable ABS sides, and the exterior is constructed with stainless steel on the front and sides. With 5″ casters for easy movement, the front-breathing rear-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with 0.35 hp. This refrigerator is certified by cUL, UL, and NSF.
