The Cres Cor 1000-HH-SS-2DX heated cabinet can hold (16) 12-inch by 20-inch pans in its two compartments, and each section has its own heat controls and LED temperature display. Heat is adjusted with dials that go as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while the solid-state controls constantly monitor and maintain the interior temperatures, ensuring food is held at the right level. For food quality, the door to each section has an adjustable vent, and moisture can flow out the vent, preventing food from getting soggy.

For strength, this Cres Cor 1000-HH-SS-2DX mobile heated cabinet is made of stainless steel and reinforced with an internal frame. All sides of the cabinet are filled with 11/2 inches of fiberglass, which provides stability and insulation. Gaskets around the doors fill in any cracks to trap heat inside. Because this unit is mounted on casters, it is movable in any direction, and while in motion, magnetic latches secure the doors so they don’t swing open.
