Built for demanding environments, the GC200 features a gravity conveyor system capable of moving trays at approximately 17–20 trays per minute, supporting production of 1,000+ trays per hour. This helps reduce bottlenecks during peak meal periods and improves labor efficiency.

Security is a key focus, with tamper-resistant roller assemblies designed so shafts and components cannot be removed or repurposed. A recessed control panel with lock capability further enhances safety when the unit is not in use. The all-welded stainless steel frame with heavy-duty cross channels provides long-term durability, while the wide track base helps prevent tip-overs in high-traffic environments.
