If you’re in the market for a cost-effective cart for transporting Cook’s Brand Marathon or Gorilla trays, the Ironman Tray Hauler is the cart for you! Featuring heavy-duty stainless steel construction with 6-inch all terrain casters, the Ironman features all-welded, tamperproof fasteners with stainless-steel handles and hinges, flush-mounted paddle door latches and padlocking transport security latches. Its full-perimeter bumper protects both the cart and your interior walls from less-than-careful navigation.

Equipped with two beverage urn angles and a four-sided guard rail, the tray hauler can accommodate up to 210 stacked Marathon trays or 144 Gorilla trays, without lids, depending on the model.

The Ironman Tray Hauler is available in both heated and unheated versions. The heated unit is insulated and includes a thermostat to control temperatures up to 190° F, along with a thermostat retention strap and a plexiguard thermometer cover for security; it’s rated for 120 V. The unheated version is not insulated.
