The Continental SW48N12M-FB sandwich/salad prep table is designed with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration for efficient cooling and installation in busy commercial kitchens. This mighty top unit accommodates (12) 1/6-size recessed pans, each 4 inches deep, while offering an extended countertop and an 8-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board for additional workspace. The stainless steel top, front, and end panels provide a rugged, corrosion-resistant exterior, while the aluminum back and interior contribute to lightweight durability. Two field-rehingeable, spring-loaded, self-closing doors equipped with magnetic snap-in Santoprene® gaskets ensure an airtight seal, keeping ingredients at optimal temperatures.

The Continental SW48N12M-FB sandwich/salad prep table features an advanced electronic controller with a digital display for precise temperature adjustments and monitoring. Supported by 2 inches of polyurethane insulation, this unit maintains a temperature holding range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The doors each have a polished chrome handle and inside the cabinet are two epoxy-coated shelves for item storage. The prep table has an insulated lid that pulls down to keep stored ingredients fresh throughout shifts. A removable tub sits below the food pans to catch food debris to ease the process of cleaning between shifts. This unit can be moved throughout a workspace or kitchen area as it sits atop 3³/₄-in. Casters.
