The Continental SW27N8-D salad/sandwich preparation table with refrigerated base is designed to enhance efficiency in commercial kitchens by combining ingredient storage and preparation capabilities. Its 8 sixth-size pan array, complete with an insulated lid, organizes ingredients for quick access. A 12-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board provides ample workspace for food assembly. Below the worktop, two roll-out drawers are built to hold one 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan each (
not included), offering additional storage options. Smooth, polished chrome drawer handles and Santoprene® magnetic gaskets ensure durability and a tight seal. The stainless steel front, top, and end panels add to the unit’s durability, while the aluminum back and interior resist corrosion.
