The Continental RA93NBS refrigerated base worktop unit is designed for durability and efficient cooling in commercial environments. Its 300-gauge stainless steel worktop, combined with stainless steel front and end panels, ensures long-lasting strength and resistance to corrosion. The galvanized steel rear and grill panels, along with an aluminum interior, enhance the unit’s structural integrity. For added convenience, this unit includes a 6-inch-high backsplash and a 12-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board for streamlined food preparation. Thermal efficiency is improved with 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation, while the spacious interior is equipped with six heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves for organized storage.

The Continental RA93NBS preparation table features a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for an environmentally friendly cooling solution. Forced-air cooling, an expansion valve system, and an automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator ensure consistent refrigeration while reducing maintenance needs. Internal electronic controls provide precise temperature adjustments and are accessible via the small access door above the compressor. Magnetic Santoprene® door gaskets create a tight seal, and five-inch casters provide mobility and stability. The fully enclosed, vented, and removable rear and side grills enhance ventilation and simplify maintenance.
