The Continental DL1W-SA heated cabinet’s 21-cubic-foot space holds three epoxy-coated shelves, which are included, and hold 19 pans simultaneously (pans not provided). To withstand heavy use, the unit’s exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of aluminum. Suitable for locking in produced heat, it features one narrow full-height door with cam-action lift-off hinges. For stability on various floor styles, it has 6-inch stainless steel legs.

For simple installation, the Continental DL1W-SA heated cabinet is self-contained with a compact plenum heating system. Its electronic controls provide an adjustable range from 90 to 180 degrees. For even distribution of heat, it features a unique airflow system with the assistance of a circulating fan. The integrated high/low temperature alarm will notify users of less than ideal conditions.
