From the Designer Line series, the Continental D60N12M-D salad/sandwich prep table has a refrigerated base with two sections and 17 cubic feet of internal space. The top of this unit can accommodate (12) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size food pans that can be used to store ingredients for making custom subs, pizzas, salads, wings, and other items. This unit has an 8-inch-deep nylon cutting board to provide a surface for preparing menu items. This unit also has an extended countertop that measures 30⁵/₈ inches long to give staff room to prepare multiple food items simultaneously. To streamline cleaning between shifts, there’s a removable interior tub installed below the food pans.

To promote resistance to corrosion, dents, and rust, the Continental D60N12M-D salad/sandwich prep table’s top, front, sides, and interior are constructed of stainless steel. The refrigerated base is accessed through four stainless steel roll-out drawers that can each hold (1) 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan. The doors are equipped with polished chrome handles to provide a comfortable grip and have Santoprene® magnetic snap-in door gaskets to establish a tight seal when closed. To cool the cabinet interior, this unit relies on R290 refrigerant. The rear-mounted and self-contained refrigeration system permits operators to program temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
