It’s designed for installation below a worktop for quick access to ingredients. Overall, this cabinet is made of stainless steel with an aluminum rear panel that enables access to the refrigeration system.

For efficient operation and to maximize space, the Continental D60N-U-D Designer Line series refrigerated base’s refrigeration system is self-contained and utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Staff can set the desired holding temperature through the electronic controller. An alarm is programmed to sound if the unit experiences drastic shifts in temperature. To reduce the need for staff maintenance, the system is equipped with an automatic condensate evaporator and an off-cycle defrost system.
