Measuring 361/4 inches wide by 353/8 inches deep by 831/4 inches high, the Continental D2RSENHD two-section reach-in refrigerator has four solid, self-closing doors with chrome handles and cylinder locks. For temperature retention, the doors feature magnetic gaskets, and the cabinet is insulated with CFC-free polyurethane foam. This refrigerator is made of stainless steel and aluminum for durability and is mounted on 6-inch legs for air circulation around the unit.

The Continental D2RSENHD refrigerator’s thermostatic controls enable quick temperature adjustments, and the digital display provides an accurate readout for monitoring purposes. If the holding temperature deviates from food-safe conditions, an alarm sounds to alert staff. The self-contained refrigeration system uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain internal temperatures, while the hot gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost eliminate water and ice buildup.
