Operated with digital controls, the Continental D2FSEN two-section reach-in freezer displays its current temperature readout and uses an automatic defrost system and condensate evaporator to sustain the unit’s holding temperature. The freezer’s refrigeration system is top mounted, self-contained, and uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigeranta’¬a€a more eco-friendly refrigerant than traditional options.

The Continental D2FSEN freezer’s cabinet can be accessed through the stainless steel doors with chrome-polished handles, and the interior is made of aluminum for strength. The doors stay open at 90 degrees for loading, unloading, and cleaning. To reduce temperature loss, this unit has 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation and magnetic door gaskets. Overall, this unit measures 361/4 inches wide by 353/8 inches deep by 831/4 inches high.
