Built to withstand heavy use, the Continental D1RXNHD extra-wide refrigerator features a stainless steel front with aluminum side and interior panels. Between the paneling is 3 inches of foamed-in polyurethane insulation. The two half-height doors divide the cabinet into more manageable segments. Inside, the cabinet spans 32 cubic feet and has three epoxy-coated wire shelves illuminated with LED interior lighting.

The Continental D1RXNHD reach-in refrigerator features a self-contained refrigeration system mounted atop the cabinet, away from floor debris. The system works to maintain cool conditions as determined by the operator’s input settings. An electronic controller with a digital display is positioned above the doors. For safe and efficient operation, the unit uses R290 refrigerant. The hot-gas evaporator functions automatically to reduce condensation, while the off-cycle defrost works intermittently to prevent ice development.
