Designed to endure heavy use, the Continental D1FESNSAGD extra-wide freezer is made with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior; between the metal paneling is 3 inches of polyurethane foam insulation. The interior spans 18 cubic feet and is fitted with four epoxy-coated steel shelves designed for longevity. To provide a clear view of the products inside, the LED interior lighting works with the triple-paned tempered glass door, and to prevent theft, the door locks.

The operator must access the Continental D1FESNSAGD reach-in freezer’s electronic controller with a digital display to set the desired operating temperature between 0 and -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Mounted atop the cabinet is the self-contained refrigeration system, which utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and to prevent water accumulation, the condensate evaporator functions automatically. The defrost system runs intermittently to prevent ice formation on vital components.
