The Continental 3RESNSA reach-in refrigerator features a durable build consisting of a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior; between the paneling is 3 inches of polyurethane foam to help lock in cold conditions. The cabinet is three sections long, divided via the full-height doors. These doors are solid, self-closing, fitted with polished chrome handles, and can be locked to prevent theft.

Atop the Continental 3RESNSA three-section refrigerator is the self-contained refrigeration system. It uses R290 to operate, bringing the cabinet to temperature as determined by the electronic controller. If a drastic shift in temperature occurs, an alarm sounds until addressed through the controller. The condensate evaporator runs automatically to reduce humidity in the cabinet, while the off-cycle defrost prevents any water from freezing.
