The Cleveland Range KEL60SH Electric Stationary Steam Jacketed Kettle is a high-capacity 60-gallon commercial kettle designed for efficient, consistent batch cooking in demanding foodservice environments. It features a self-contained, permanently filled steam jacket that eliminates the need for venting or refilling, helping ensure reliable heat transfer and simplified installation through a standard electrical connection. The kettle is engineered with solid-state temperature controls for precise cooking performance across a wide operating range of approximately 145°F to 260°F, allowing operators to maintain consistent results for soups, sauces, and other high-volume preparations.

Constructed from durable stainless steel, the KEL60SH is designed for long-term commercial use and ease of cleaning. It includes a 2″ tangent draw-off valve with strainer for controlled product discharge and a spring-assisted hinged cover to support safe and ergonomic operation. Additional standard features include splash-proof, water-resistant controls, LED indicators for heat cycle and low water conditions, a rear-mounted pressure/vacuum gauge, and a safety valve system. The short-series design provides a lower working height of approximately 35 inches rim height, improving operator accessibility in busy kitchen environments. A tri-leg base with adjustable feet ensures stable floor mounting and reliable support during heavy use.
