The streamlined design, which can accommodate standard Gastronorm meal pans, looks good from the front or back of the house. The cost of maintenance is reduced by modular component-based construction because all parts are interchangeable. The most adaptability and simplicity are provided by the broad 3″ rail spacing, which also has 0.12″ pan stops at either end of the rails for stability.
