With Cambro’s PCU1000HC Pro Cart Ultra® charcoal gray (2) compartmenthot/cold food holding cabinet you can transport all of your hot and cold foods safely wherever you need! This holding cabinet is perfect for catering events, food trucks, special events and much more. The compartment has a solar digital thermometer making it simple to monitor the temperature from a glance, also for added convenience this unit has a combination of LED light indicators and display messages to alert you of any probe or internal errors.
