Use the Cambro 30CWLN135 Camwear Notched Food Pan Flip Lid to cover cold or warm foods held in food pans. The lid opening flips up to easily access contents without removing lid from the pan. Lid helps to keep food fresh and reduces risk of cross contamination. Made of virtually unbreakable Camwear polycarbonate and will withstand temperatures from -40°F to 210°F (-40°C to 99°C). This notched lid measures at 12-3/4 inches long by 6-15/16 inches wide and fits 1/3 size food pans.
