The Cadco CBC-HHH-L3 MobileServ® Mobile Hot Buffet Cart is engineered for efficient hot food holding, mobile buffet service, and organized commercial food presentation in demanding foodservice environments. Featuring 3 full-size HOT buffet servers, this unit is designed to support high-volume service with consistent heat retention and streamlined access to food. Each station includes 2 half-size stainless steel steam pans, a clear Eastman Tritan™ copolyester rolltop lid with metal hinges, and a stainless steel pan holder for durable, hygienic, and professional food merchandising. Each 2 ½” deep half-size pan holds over thirty 4 oz. servings, making this cart ideal for catering, institutional dining, hospitality service, and self-serve buffet applications.

Constructed with durable stainless steel and finished with Gray laminate panels on the front and sides, the CBC-HHH-L3 delivers long-lasting performance with a professional front-of-house appearance. Three independent variable heat control knobs allow precise temperature adjustment from 155°F to 205°F for reliable hot food service across all stations. Silent casters with 2 locking brakes and 2 directional locks provide smooth mobility and secure positioning during operation. The cart includes six storage drawers for plating tools, silverware, condiments, and cold storage organization, along with two shelves including a dedicated tray storage shelf for improved workflow efficiency. Additional features include two clear polycarbonate pans with Cambro® #20PPD drain shelves, a removable warming surface top, rubber corner bumpers, a 72″ coiled cord, and space for an optional Cambro Camcarrier Hot/Cold Box (UPC 400 or UPCH 400 equivalent).
