Description

The Beverage Air SPED72HC-12C-4 prep table holds 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans in its top cutout. Additional storage is provided inside the single door compartment and by four pull-out drawers. The drawers hold 6-inch-deep pans. The interior is made of aluminum to resist corrosion, and its heavy-duty stainless steel exterior is easy to clean and built for commercial use. There is a 17-inch polyethylene cutting board along the front for cutting and prepping ingredients for the pans and adding ingredients to salads and sandwiches. The Beverage Air SPED72HC-12C-4 prep table has a rear-mounted refrigeration system that is safe from most spills, dust, and debris from floors. Eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used by the system to ensure the cabinet is cold.
