The Berg CB52TN 7.9 cu. ft. 2-Drawer Refrigerated Chef Base offers ample storage and efficient cooling for any professional kitchen. With a capacity of 7.9 cu. ft., it features two drawers designed for various pan configurations, accommodating 4″ deep full-size food pans or smaller pans (not included). Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel top, front, and sides, and a stainless steel interior floor and liner, this chef base ensures durability and easy maintenance. The one-piece top with a “V” edge enhances usability, while the R290 refrigerant maintains optimal operating temperatures. The right side-mounted compressor, along with removable heavy-duty stainless steel drawers, slides, and rollers, provides reliable performance. The unit includes foamed-in-place polyurethane high-density cell insulation and 4″ locking casters for mobility. Operating on 115V/60/1, the Berg CB52TN measures 52-3/4″W x 32-3/8″D x 27″H, making it a practical and dependable addition to any kitchen setup.
