Bakers Pride P46 series ovens feature two baking chambers: an upper chamber with two decks that is great for pizza, pretzels, and flatbreads and a taller lower chamber with one deck for baking or roasting.

This series is available with your choice of Cordierite or brick-lined with Cordierite. The brick-lined model offers the benefit of an added Cordierite ceiling, which increases temperatures and recovery times. They may be easily installed at the factory or in the field.

The two baking chambers also independently controlled, featuring a 284‚Äì680¬∞F thermostat and 15-minute timer in the top chamber and a 140‚Äì550¬∞F thermostat and 60-minute timer in the bottom chamber. This series comes standard with stainless steel exterior and 4″ adjustable legs. International voltages available.
