Description

Built with a heavy-duty, fully welded angle iron frame, the Bakers Pride ER-2-12-3836 Super Deck floor model deck oven supports long-term durability and allows stacking up to three ovens to maximize production. This electric model includes two independently controlled baking chambers, each measuring 38 inches wide by 36 inches deep with a 12-inch deck height. The U-shaped heating elements, positioned every 9 1/2 inches on both the top and bottom of each deck, ensure uniform heat distribution. A temperature range of 140 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit allows for precision baking.

With a stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior, Bakers Pride ER-2-12-3836 oven is designed for efficient heat retention and durabilit. Its spring-balanced, fully insulated doors prevent heat loss while ensuring smooth operation during frequent use. The heavy-duty, slide-out flame diverters regulate airflow to promote even baking results across the deck. Independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers allow operators to adjust the heat distribution based on baking requirements. Supported by 24-inch steel legs with a Bakertone finish, this unit remains stable while withstanding the demands of commercial kitchens. A built-in 60-minute timer provides added precision for baking and roasting applications.
