The CSTEA-2C supports both wet and dry heat operation, allowing operators to choose the best heating method for different menu items. Insulated wells help retain heat and improve efficiency during extended holding periods.

Each well includes an independent temperature control, giving operators the ability to adjust heat levels individually based on the food being served.

Product

The CookRite CSTEA-2C electric steam table measures 30″W x 29-1/2″D x 33-1/2″H and includes two open pan wells with water pans included. Each well uses 500 watts and features its own temperature control.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel and includes a cutting board shelf and undershelf for additional functionality. Electrical requirements are 120v/60/1-ph with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. The steam table is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
