Our innovative air flow underneath the pans versus on tophelps maintain products at their most optimal temperatureswithout drying the products. In addition, we have incorporateda bottom panel underneath the pans to prevent food spillageand force air into the lower compartment for complete aircirculation throughout your unit.

With innovative and eco-friendly technology, Asber utilizesR-290 Hydrocarbon designed to meet DOE’s EnergyConservation standards with very low contribution to globalwarming (ODP-0) (GWP-3).
