Description
serieP gas consists of one or more independent bakingchambers and an optional prover or stand. The baking surfaceis made of refractory stone allowing the perfect heat distributionover the whole surface and making this oven particularlysuitable for direct pizza baking, on floor or on trays.Temperature management is electronic. The oven door ishinged at the bottom, with a tempered glass window to checkthe product during baking. The stand consists of a paintedmetal structure, while the prover is a stainless steel cabinetequipped with a heating thermostat. The prover can reach themaximum temperature of 149°F, whereas the maximumtemperature of the baking chamber is 842°F.
