The 14-tray capacity in the Alluserv TC21-14 ambient tray delivery cart is ideal for meal delivery in healthcare facilities such as long-term care and hospitals. It can hold 14-inch by 18-inch or 15-inch by 20-inch trays, with each one on its own shelf ledge. To prevent food from contamination, the stainless steel cabinet is enclosed, and operators can access the cabinet through two pull-type doors that swing open to a 270-degree angle. For mobility, the unit is mounted on offset casters that move quietly and can be maneuvered over thresholds or into elevators.
