This big duty fryer can produce up to 25 lbs of food per hour per tank. There is a faucet on each 6 liter tank, making oil removal worry-free. To make measuring simple, the tank insert is calibrated. built with tough stainless steel for durability. There is also a sturdy fryer basket with a handle that can withstand heat. A wire grate is used to protect the heating coils (included).
