The efficient heat transfer of steam in the Accutemp GGF1201A3650-S2 griddle provides a range of 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and results in an even surface temperature for consistent cooking across the griddle. Equipped with digital thermostatic controls, the operator can choose a precise temperature for most ideal results. For more commonly needed settings, it has three preset temperatures available.

For durability, the Accutemp GGF1201A3650-S2 commercial griddle is constructed of sleek, cold-rolled stainless steel with a 4-inch-high backsplash that contains grease splatter. To collect excess grease runoff, this unit is equipped with a deep full-front grease trough and 61/2-quart grease trough. Increasing safety, the griddle includes a manager mode which locks out temperature controls, and it comes with a stand that has a built-in undershelf for storage and casters for mobility.
