The Coldline CPT-44 44″ Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table comes with a large 20″ cutting surface housed above it’s 7.6 cubic ft capacity internal storage and in-front of it’s insulated rail lid, capable of holding 5 x 1/3 size pans.Stainless Steel covers the exterior and interior of the pizza prep tables with the inside being cooled by a hydro-carbon R290 refrigerant keeping food at safe temperatures between 33 degrees F and 41 degrees. Each pizza prep table comes with casters installed making moving it around simple as ever and locking the wheels in place even easier. Everything you need will be within an arms reach away – with it’s compact yet resourceful design.
