The Continental Refrigerator RA93N commercial refrigerated worktop’s cabinet is foamed in place with two inches of insulation to lock in cold air and keep food preserved. Using forced-air distribution, fans in the back of the cabinet circulate cold air around the refrigerator to cool food. A high-low alarm is set to go off if temperatures enter a zone that is unsafe for stored food. Since it is mounted on casters, the refrigerator can be moved to other parts of the kitchen as required.
