With its 5-gallon capacity, the Dynamic E002 manual salad spinner accommodates six to eight heads of lettuce. After it’s washed, lettuce can be placed in the spinner for drying. When the handle is turned, centrifugal force is applied, forcing water to separate from the lettuce. Without water on the lettuce, salad dressings will stick to the leaves without diluting them.
