The Rotisol MF975-2G-SS MasterFlame rotisserie oven measures 38 inches wide by 291?2 inches deep and can be installed on a countertop. Designed to be used as a showpiece, it sports a rustic style with a decorative roof, stainless steel finish, chrome or brass trim, and tempered, low-emissivity glass front and side doors. Chains and pulleys guide the spits’ motors and are visible throughout operation; the burners’ flames rise from the porcelain wicks to draw attention.

The Rotisol MF975-2G-SS rotisserie oven’s two stainless steel spits accommodate as many as six birds, and their V-shaped design helps secure meat in place. Each spit has a correlating motor that rotates the spit over the burners for uniform cooking, and operators can cook meat vertically with the pre-installed vertical spit system if desired. Terracotta firebricks help radiate heat throughout the unit, and operators can adjust the gas knobs to manipulate gas flow.
