Built with a durable 300-gauge stainless steel top and a stainless steel exterior, the prep table also includes a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior. Its 32-cubic-foot interior offers ample storage supported by three epoxy-coated steel shelves and three solid self-closing doors. The 19-inch-deep nylon cutting board creates a convenient workspace, while the open top accommodates 12 third-size pans with 10 pan top dividers under insulated lids. For structural stability and temperature retention, the cabinet features 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation.

Forced-air circulation, a reversing condenser fan, and an expansion valve system deliver precise temperature regulation.
