The BevLes PICA44-16-A-1L1 proofing cabinet features a clear Lexan left-hand hinged door for easy monitoring of the contents, while the adjustable extruded aluminum pan supports can accommodate pans of various sizes, including donut screens. The 5-quart cast water reservoir, equipped with a cast-in humidity system, helps prevent heating element burnout and promotes consistent humidity. Mounted on 5-inch heavy-duty plate casters, two with brakes, the unit is mobile yet secure when stationary.
