Its 48-inch width and two-section refrigerated base provide ample storage for commercial kitchen operations. A spacious 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board offers an extended workspace, while the stainless steel top accommodates (8) 1/6-size recessed pans, each 4 inches deep, for organizing frequently used ingredients. The unit also includes four stainless steel roll-out drawers that accommodate one 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch pan or a combination of one 1/2-size and one 1/3-size 6-inch pans per drawer (sold seperately).

The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. Additional features, including an off-cycle defrost system to prevent ice buildup and a removable interior tub beneath the pans for cleaning, streamline maintenance.
