An alternative configuration for the gas double-deck Bronze Convection Oven offers a 80,000 BTU rating. This model includes the same features as the previous one, such as (5) plated racks, 11-position rack glides, solid-state controls, electronic ignition, a 60-minute cook timer, and a 2-speed fan. It stands on 6″ painted steel triangular legs, and each deck is powered by a 1/2 HP motor. The oven holds certifications from CSA, NSF, and ENERGY STAR®.
