Part for the Spectrum series, ESV-IB is a bag of 100 Sous Vide Insulation Balls. This is specifically designed for the ESV-I Immersion Circulator. Use these balls in Sous Vide open cooking baths to reduce heat loss and evaporation. They are constructed of polypropylene. The ESV-IB keeps items submerged, and the balls can withstand temperatures up to 230°F.
